Carriage and Delivery For all destinations in the UK a carriage charge of £5.25 will apply up to 2kg. Goods over 2kg and those marked with the carriage symbol will automatically go next day carrier at £15.00 and before noon carrier at £20.00. We endeavour to deliver goods within 2 - 3 days or date agreed on the order. Such dates are, however given in good faith and the company shall not be liable should we fail to deliver by such a date. VAT will be charged at the appropriate rate on all applicable products and shown separately on your invoice. Educational establishments will normally be able to reclaim VAT. Payment Payment is due within 30 days of date of invoice. Payment should be made to Blades Biological Ltd and sent to: Blades Biological Ltd Cowden Edenbridge Kent TN8 7DX. You may pay invoices either by cheque or BACS. If you wish to pay by BACS please contact Blades Biological on 01342 850242 for the relevant bank account details. Non Account Holders Goods will be supplied to non account holder on receipt of payment, by Pay Pal or Cheque. An invoice will be sent with goods. Goods Goods contained in this catalogue are offered subject to availability. Delivery Discrepancies Although we make every effort to avoid them, there may be occasions when deliveries contain goods which have been damaged in transit, or contain wrong items, or have items missing. To help Blades Biological provide a speedy and efficient service always check the number of parcels received at the time of delivery. Check the contents carefully. Please ensure you report this within 24 hours, quoting your account number. Damage to goods & Returning goods It is essential to contact Blades Biological before returning goods for whatever reason. Notification of damaged goods must be given within 24 hours of delivery. The company liability if any will be to replace or repair the goods. Care of goods & Specimens Items supplied are intended for supervised education purposes. Care should be taken by the purchaser to ensure adequate standards of hygiene are adhered to. Chemicals supplied may be dangerous if not correctly stored or properly used or appropriate precautions taken. On receipt of goods the purchaser will be responsible for implementing such precautions. | |
